One of the more intriguing ideas I've heard - I think I like it.
I do too. I can't believe that prostitution is illegal in most of the US. It's certainly not like that in Europe. We all know that one cannot legislate morality and it is always going to be there. The best thing to do is regulate, license it and keep it safe. Both the johns and the sex workers would benefit by that--as would public health.
