Free Legal Form
Lawyers often use boilerplate forms for motions and sometimes all they need to do is to change a name or a date. Occasionally, they come across a unique situation where they must craft their own response. Lawyers, this motion is one motion you may want to stash away in your filing cabinet. It is a "Motion for a Fistfight" which apparently was filed in a Montana case.
Click the link and read the motion. It is quite funny.
Thanks to Jim for bringing this to my attention.

Yee-haw!
Speaking of itching for a fight, Counselor, have you looked in on your Soap Opera Forum lately?
A collaborator of Bela has surfaced there to boast of an appalling deed that you might find a tad chilling, if not outright unlawful.
Moulton, no, I don't go there.
I am sorry you are having problems.
The reason I raise it to your attention, Counselor, is because Bela played a key role in setting up this incident.
I've reported the incident to the Feds (at ic3.gov), to the California Attorney General, and to the Postal Inspector.
Of the hundreds of enterprises hit by this scam, at least one of them -- Indiana Wesleyan University -- may be in your jurisdiction.
why couldn't this have been confined to email? Its not relevant to the topic at hand.
Yeah, Moulton, I don't see how it involves me, but if you must then please email me rather than bringing it here.
Sweet jeebus, that's funny.
Plagued by misspellings but funny.
