I wrote a long, hopeful column about how Indiana had changed, how Obama might have a chance. Then reality sets in when I read a comment like to one you just posted. Alas, the overall thinking in Indiana is still, literally, founded in the middle ages. I wish the rapture would come and whisk these folks away…they might be surprised where they end up.
*sigh* And that's why I fear the results from today. Too many people here are from what I like to call the WOWO Crowd: Faithful slaves of the far-far-right and shameles believers of the disgusting lies they tell.
Thank God that Indiana is becoming more urbanized every day. . .
Hey, the margin of victory was only 2%. That's hardly a decisive victory.
