What crowd exactly are they going after with this jingle? I think its a half-arsed attempt to get NASCAR fans. But it won't work. IRL needs to go after more sophisticated fans...fans who like F1 racing, but want more passing.
That song reminds me of joyriding in the 'Deathmobile' of Animal House.
If you recall another famous scene in that movie, one of the meeker white boys explains what he's doing in the wrong part of town.
"I'm studying primitive cultures."
So... maybe I do paint my face and wear high-healed boots! Oh, wait, you didn't mean too much makeup, did you?
