Governor Daniels stumps for major moves
Now, I have never been a person to make fun of someone for their heighth, but this is too much.
Oh and also: The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago has denied Indiana House Speaker Brian Bosma’s request for a stay of a federal judge’s ban on sectarian prayer in the House.

I can't think of any other word that more accurately describes that 7th Circuit rejection of the motion for stay than "spanking." They were pretty plain in saying that Bosma's arguments have no support in law, and are in fact contrary to established law throughout the country. They also point out that Bosma is not seeking to preserve Indiana General Assembly tradition, but to promote sectarian prayer and rewrite history to say that's consistent with the written goals of the legislature on the subject, or the prayers throughout the 188 year practice.
Pretty much they said he was full of shit. Which he is!
Good. Let's see if the Star quotes the 7th Circuit or if they'll continue to act like the feds are picking on poor, god-fearing Indiana.
