How can you drink liqour without a smoke?
Some people can, but I can't.

I'm glad we don't have that problem here. Smoking is actually encouraged:
Lowest ciggarette prices in the US.

It ain't easy. We have pretty low cigarette costs here too. Marlboros run about 3.29 a pack.

The good news about our smoking ban is that restaurant/bars had to choose whether or not to serve children or not as smoking is banned where children under 18 can go. So this way one can still smoke at some bars and not worry about having kids in there too.

Am I missing something with this IndySmoker site? It appears to be one person who created a blog and has one post (dated 3/13). He or she hasn't updated it since then.

It would be useful to have a comprehensive list of establishments that allow smoking in Indy, but it needs to be complete -- and not what appears to be a mini-rant that hasn't been updated.
